BENJAMIN FRANKLIN BRIDGE - PHILADELPHIA/NEW JERSEY

In the early part of this century, founder Charles Frederick Cornell did his first bridge project.  Since that time Cornell has participated in many more bridge and highway projects - both new construction and rehab work.   We've been involved in such major infrastructure projects as the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, the New Jersey Turnpike, the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Philadelphia's Schuylkill Expressway, London's Canary Wharf, the Blue Route linking the Pennsylvania Turnpike with I-95 south of Philadelphia, and numerous highway and rail bridges in the mid-Atlantic states.
