One Bryant Park

The Bank of America Tower project is located on the west side of Sixth Avenue, between 42nd & 43rd Street, opposite Bryant Park in Midtown Manahattan.

The tower is 950' with a 250' spire for a total height of 1200 feet.  The building is 55 stories high and has approximately 2.1 million square feet of office space.
