250 west 55th Street - New York City, NY

Cornell erected 10,000 tons of structural steel using two of Cornell's TG-1900 Tower Gantry Cranes.  This 40 story high rise is located at W. 55th Street and 8th Avenues in Manhattan.

The project was originally started in 2009 and erected to grade.  As a result of the financial crisis of 2009, the contruction was halted.  However, the structural steel fabrication was completed and stored in South Carolina.  In 2011 contruction was resumed and erection completed in 2012.
